Timings
How will you ensure we’re done on time?
The time needed will depend on the number of people requiring makeup and the timing of your ceremony. If necessary, I may bring in an assistant to ensure everything runs smoothly. After your trial I will send you a schedule for your morning so that you know the plan ahead of the day.
Do I travel to you for the trial day, or do you come to me?
You will come to my studio in Stourbridge for the trial day, and I will travel to your venue on the wedding day.
What if my venue has time restrictions for access to the getting-ready room?
No problem! Just let us know as soon as you have the details. We may need to adjust the schedule, possibly starting at my studio or another location before moving to the venue. A £25 surcharge will apply for each change of venue.
How long do you need per person for makeup?
Makeup typically takes around one hour per person.

We aim to use vegan and cruelty-free products for sustainability, but we cannot guarantee that all products meet these criteria due to the variety of brands used, especially those shipped internationally.
Do you cater to sensitive skin?
We make every effort to accommodate sensitive skin and recommend having a trial ahead of the wedding day, especially if you or your bridal party have sensitivities but cannot guarantee there will be zero reaction. While we strive to minimise reactions, we can offer patch tests upon request for specific products.
What makeup brands do you use?
We use a combination of luxury and high street brands. You can view a full list of our brands used on our website.

TRIALS
Do I need to have a trial?
Trials are compulsory. They allow you to try out different looks and ensure you’re happy with the makeup ahead of your wedding day. It’s also a great opportunity for us to meet.
How long does a trial take?
A trial typically lasts up to 2 hours.
When should I schedule my trial?
We recommend scheduling your trial 3 months prior to your wedding day.
Can I bring someone with me to my trial?
You’re welcome to bring one or two people for support. However, if you have more than two guests, please let us know in advance. While children and babies are welcome, please note that the trial lasts 2 hours, which can be challenging for young ones.
Where do the trials take place?
Trials are held at my studio in Stourbridge, which is located on the top floor, up two flights of stairs.
Can I book a trial before securing my wedding date with you?
No, trials can only be booked once your wedding date is confirmed and a deposit is paid. We receive a high volume of enquiries, and availability cannot be guaranteed without securing the booking.
What should I do before my trial?
Make sure to hydrate and prep your skin. If you plan to have a tan, please do so before your trial so we can see the full effect, as skin tone can influence the makeup.
What if I don’t like the results of my trial?
If you’re not happy with your trial, we can schedule another one for an additional £80. We want you to be 100% satisfied, and open communication is key.
Can I schedule my trial for an evening or weekend?
We do not offer evening trials, and weekend availability is limited. Please contact us in advance if you wish to book a weekend trial.
What should I wear to my trial?
Wear something comfortable, preferably a white or light-coloured top similar to your wedding outfit. Avoid tight-necked clothing to allow us to match your makeup to your chest and shoulders.
What if either of us needs to reschedule the trial?
If you need to reschedule, please let us know as early as possible. We understand that things can change and will do our best to accommodate.
How do I arrange my trial?
